If you are accompanying a ticket holder as their carer, you don’t need to pay for a ticket of your own. Just let us know when you enter.
If Buxton Wool Gathering is cancelled, we will automatically issue a refund to all tickets that have already been booked. We did this for the 2020 event which could not go ahead due to the lockdown that was in place.
If you’ve booked a ticket but can no longer attend, you can request a refund for your ticket for up to seven days before the event. Let us know through our contact form and we’ll cancel your ticket and issue a refund
We no longer sell tickets on the door. This means you need to book your tickets online. These will be available until 3pm on the second day of the event. We don’t charge you a booking fee.
