Refund policy


You can ask for a refund on your ticket for up to 7 calendar days before the event. After that time we will not provide a refund.

Due to the costs we incur when we process a card payment, we'll deduct the fee we've paid to our card processor from the refund. That's usually less than 50p per ticket. Most other events don't provide refunds at all, but this approach allows us to continue to offer refunds without it becoming a significant cost to us.

Please contact us to request a refund. You can also request an invoice showing the card processor's fees we've deducted.


If you need to cancel your place on a workshop, we'll attempt to resell your space to another visitor. If we're able to do this, we'll provide a refund, minus the card processor fee we incurred on the initial payment.

If we're unable to fill your place, you won't be entitled to a refund of the fee you've paid. You also won't receive a refund if you don't show on the day.

Digital patterns

You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase and request a refund. However, if you download your item within those 14 days you waive your right to a refund.
